Beecher Hunter was born and raised in rural middle Tennessee. The first in his family to graduate from college, Hunter received a bachelor's degree in English from Tennessee Tech University. His skills and talents quickly earned him the position of Editor of the Cleveland Daily Banner in Cleveland, Tennessee. In 1986, Hunter shifted his career to the long term care industry, leading the communications and marketing departments at Life Care Centers of America, until his retirement in 2020.
Hunter is a prolific writer, motivational speaker and master storyteller. His vision and leadership have led to the creation of a wide range of creative communication and marketing materials. Hunter’s weekly insightful and uplifting Perspectives, distributed in writing, video and podcast, have loyal audiences worldwide. Teaching Sunday school class at his home church has been an important passion for many years.
